Hello everyone thank you for visiting my blog. Here, I will share with my experiences/thoughts in the fitness world as a Trainer/Trainee. I openly admit, I do not know everything in world of fitness (latest trend/gimmicks/DVD) but I do know how to make you work for what you want in terms of your fitness. And, make sure movements are done correctly. My background in fitness started with martial arts at the age of 7 where the body and mind had to be in the “now” moment in order for a technique to be executed properly. Efficiently. I’m a huge fan of proper form. “If done right, it’s going to feel right.” I also welcome topics of debate. By communicating/interacting with each other, we all benefit.
Quick note-My methods/beliefs are not for everyone. And, it’s not meant to be. We are all individuals that connect/disconnect with each other with what we experience. Not just in the fitness world but in life as well. I understand this and I hope you do as well.
